The Tae Kwon Do Program at Interactive Academy seeks to promote excellence in body, mind and character within all of our students. Taekwondo is a sport, science, and art-form that teaches powerful self-defense techniques. It also develops great values, habits, and character qualities in students. Interactive TKD is a proud member of the United States Chung Do Kwan Association. The USCDKA is the oldest and most organized TKD Association in the US. It is certified by the International TKD headquarters in South Korea.  Our taekwondo staff is driven by the fact that when a student experiences success in the taekwondo studio, it will ultimately channel into successes in other areas.

CHUNG DO KIDS 1

A class for 4-6 year old beginners. It is designed to be a stepping stone toward the traditional TKD classes. Students will Learn Traditional TKD at a slower pace but still be able to advance toward their black belt. Requirement: Two 45-minute classes = 1.5 hour class.

CHUNG DO KIDS 2

A class for 4-6 year old yellow with white stripes and up. It is designed to be a stepping stone toward the traditional TKD classes. Students will learn traditional TKD at a slower pace but still be able to advance toward their black belt. Requirement: Two 45-minute classes = 1.5 hour class.

TAE KWON DO 1

A traditional TKD class for beginners (no experience to orange belt) who are children or adults (7 and up). Requirement: Two 55-minute classes = 2 hour class.

TAE KWON DO 2

A traditional TKD class for intermediate and advanced (green belt to black belt) who are children or adults. (7 and up). Requirement: Two 55-minute classes = 2 hour class.

FAMILY TKD

This traditional class is for a least one parent with at least one child (age 7 and up) to take TKD together.

ADULT TKD

A traditional Tae Kwon Do class for Adults 18 and up.
Requirement: Two 55-minute classes = 2 hour class.

Ages 18 & Up

BLACK BELT

A class for black belts or 2nd and 1st groups who have been invited by the Sr. Instructor to prepare for Black Belt.

Belt: Black

BO STAFF

A special class for orange belts and up that will teach a Bo staff form for tournaments.
